Jon Lazarus - Principal Jonathan Lazarus has demonstrated success as a senior operating leader, entrepreneur and innovator. During his eclectic career, Jon has founded and helped launch dozens of new businesses driving billions in revenue, as well as hundreds of millions in profit leading to IPOs, successful mergers and acquisitions and shareholder returns. He has served as a key executive at firms including Kiha Software, Microsoft and Ziff Davis; board of director positions at public and private companies; and rich and extensive experience with startup companies that delivered significant returns to investors including Academic Systems, DataChannel, ELEKOM, NetGravity, Vision Solutions and ZD-TV.
Jon was an integral part of the Microsoft Windows® success story. As part of Microsoft’s executive staff for eleven years, he initiated Microsoft’s developer programs, created the Windows logo, and established key leadership brand positions for key businesses. Since leaving Microsoft, he had mentored and invested in dozens of successful technology startups and served as a key advisor to industry luminaries including Bill Gates and Paul Allen. Dwight Krossa - PrincipalDwight Krossa has a wealth of over 25 years of experience in the high tech industry. He brings a breadth of knowledge in software and hardware marketing, business development and program management to every project, and is recognized as a leader in incubating new products.
Dwight spent 18 years at Microsoft Corporation, finishing his tenure as Director/Product Unit Manager in the Xbox 360 team where he led a software development team in creating a new software product for the Xbox 360. Prior to that he helped launch the Xbox into Korea and ran the Xbox incubation team that explored new product and feature concepts. Before joining the Xbox team, Dwight spent most of his career in the Microsoft Operating System group, running marketing, product management and business development teams for products including Windows NT, Internet Information Server, Windows 2000, OS/2, and SQL Server. He launched the first versions of SQL Server, Windows NT, and IIS. After leaving Microsoft, Dwight was Executive VP for Kiha Software, a Paul Allen funded startup creating mobile software. He ran sales, marketing, business development, and Operations for Kiha. |
